Hola a todos,
Today I am going to tell you about eating and drinking healthy stuff. My teacher just tough us about drinking water and eating vegetables we have been working on this for 1 week already now and my class is getting the hang of it. I love health because its telling me what to eat and what not to eat. On TV there is things about Milo, Milo has 46 grams per 100 grams of sugar in it.My teachers were just talking about it saying that " If I just drank Milo I wouldn't finish running around the field because of the sugar inside it". We also were talking about diabetes. People in America have way worst diabetes in there country.
Now talking about how many grams of sugar in the food or drinks :
Corn Thins:13 Grams , 7 Grams
Chocolate:6.8 grams , 27.0 Grams
Crackers: 0.3 Grams , 1.7 grams
Baked beans:7.4 grams per 100 grams
Spaghetti: 4.9 grams per 100 grams
Milo: 46 Grams per 100 grams .
